Service scope

- Captures enquiry details and asks agreed questions to qualify the lead.
- Books a callback window or books into your diary where enabled.
- Sends SMS/email summaries and provides call recordings and CRM access.
Setup and tuning
- We use your services, areas, and rules to tailor the call flow.
- Quoting is optional and only enabled if you provide pricing rules.
- We fine-tune from real calls to improve outcomes over time.
Billing
- Pricing is listed on the website and billed in advance.
- Month-to-month or quarterly billing, cancel any time.
Responsibilities
- You provide accurate business details, services, and availability.
- You keep your diary availability up to date when booking is enabled.
- You inform callers if required that calls may be recorded.
Limitations
- No guarantees of specific booking volumes; examples are illustrative.
- Quoting is only given if you enable it and provide rules.
- Not intended for emergency or life-critical services.
