  • Captures enquiry details and asks agreed questions to qualify the lead.
  • Books a callback window or books into your diary where enabled.
  • Sends SMS/email summaries and provides call recordings and CRM access.

Setup and tuning

  • We use your services, areas, and rules to tailor the call flow.
  • Quoting is optional and only enabled if you provide pricing rules.
  • We fine-tune from real calls to improve outcomes over time.

Billing

  • Pricing is listed on the website and billed in advance.
  • Month-to-month or quarterly billing, cancel any time.

Responsibilities

  • You provide accurate business details, services, and availability.
  • You keep your diary availability up to date when booking is enabled.
  • You inform callers if required that calls may be recorded.

Limitations

  • No guarantees of specific booking volumes; examples are illustrative.
  • Quoting is only given if you enable it and provide rules.
  • Not intended for emergency or life-critical services.
